Welcome to DIADEM CHIHUAHUAS ! (Reg'd) (Please see site index at far left and enjoy your visit!) I'm Liz Moore from the beautiful Northwest, USA. I have been showing and breeding Chihuahuas since 1993. I finished my first AKC Champion in 1994, and 25 have been bred, finished, or sired here since that time, including several Group-placing dogs. My goal in breeding Chihuahuas is to come as close as possible to the AKC breed standard. I strive to breed typey, sound, healthy puppies with excellent temperaments and personality plus! My show dogs are my breeding stock, I do not have 'brood bitches' or dogs over 6 lbs. I am a show breeder first and foremost, but sometimes a puppy is just not suited for the show ring. While these Chihuahuas may never become a champion, they will make someone a wonderful pet. My Chihuahuas are my show dogs as well as cherished members of my family. All my dogs are house dogs, Chihuahuas are not suited to a kennel situation and should not be kept that way. I never have more than eight adult dogs at a time, usually less. THE KENNEL CLUB OF UK (England, Wales, Scotland) HAS OFFICIALLY BANNED MERLE CHIHUAHUAS FROM BEING REGISTERED OR SHOWN!
